Most common repairs (screens, batteries, charging ports) are done the same day, often while you wait. More involved jobs like data recovery or board-level work can take a little longer, and we’ll always give you a timescale up front.
Do you charge to look at my device?
No. The diagnostic is free and there’s no obligation. We’ll tell you what’s wrong, what it’ll cost to fix, and whether it’s worth doing. If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty covering the parts we fit and the work we do. If something isn’t right, bring it back and we’ll sort it.
Will I lose my data?
For most repairs your data stays exactly as it is. We’ll always recommend a backup first where we can, and for data recovery jobs, getting your files back safely is the whole point.
